Welcome to the Alder Law Group website! If you are considering options for estate planning, taking care of a loved one or are in need of probate/trust administration assistance, please look over the information provided here regarding the various legal services we provide. Our law firm is committed to helping you develop a personalized plan that fully addresses your goals, your needs and your situation.
It is our hope to be your go-to resource for estate planning and elder law questions. At Alder Law Group, we strive to maintain open channels of communication with clients to ensure that their plans will work as intended when they are needed most. If you have a question, don’t hesitate to ask and we’ll get you an answer.
Step 1: Book Your Initial Phone Call
During this complimentary 20-minute phone call, I will answer your questions, learn more about your planning needs, and determine the best way to move forward. Typically, this involves scheduling a consultation (Step 2).
Step 2: In-Person Consultation
My goal is to make this process as convenient and friendly as possible. I offer free, in-home consultations, and almost all of my clients opt to take advantage of this opportunity. I am happy to host the meeting though, if you prefer. I offer both daytime and evening appointments throughout the week. At this meeting, we will design a plan together that addresses all of your family’s goals.
Step 3: Review and Signing
Within a few weeks following our consultation, we will meet to review and sign your estate planning documents. This can also be done at your home or office, though we may also use my home office if that is your preference. I will answer all of your questions regarding the plan, and I will give you a primer regarding transferring assets or changing beneficiary designations as needed.
